Why This Course

Mental well-being is something you sustain and strengthen with the right knowledge. This course helps you recognise early signs, respond with confidence, and use practical, trusted skills to support yourself and others — in everyday life, at work, and in your community.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is early intervention in action. Like physical first aid, it’s the initial support offered to someone developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening condition, or facing a crisis, until professional help is available.

This internationally recognised, evidence-based programme is trusted in 50+ countries, including India. It’s not therapy. It’s a practical life skill that benefits not just you, but the people around you, and the wider community.

Build Awareness

Learn to spot early warning signs, understand common mental health problems and their most effective interventions.

Practical Skills

Learn what to say, what to do, and how to support someone in distress using the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE).

Confidence to Act

Replace uncertainty with clarity when mental health concerns arise — at work or at home.

Support Yourself Too

Recognise your own mental health needs and know when and how to seek help.

Globally Trusted
